Job Summary
  • Creates or updates single line diagrams (SLDs);
  • Working from sketches and mail information supplied by an engineer, determines the most appropriate views, detail drawings, and supplementary information needed to complete assignments;
  • Correctly interprets redlines to develop updated configuration control drawings, including wiring diagrams and control schematics;
  • Work with engineers to prepare or refine layout drawings, plans, section views and protection & control drawings;
  • Revise drawings received from the client and as per engineer markups
  • Selects required information from manufacturers' catalogs and technical guides;
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable designing standards, and verify completeness of design drawings;
  • To read and understand the inputs like specification, SLD and datas received from Sale team/ customer.
  • To Study feasibility and derive the optimal design with price and delivery conscious.
  • Able to select right components to suit the design.
  • To prepare drawings, Bill of material, single line diagram, schematic diagram and costing
