Job Summary
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely submission of BID with accuracy.
- To ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
- Conduct & coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, PMC, stake holders and inter departments (purchase, projects, project coordination etc.) of company as and when required.
- To monitor Tender preparation and tender submission as per client requirement in timeline.
- Techno commercial training and lead of new concept training to team time to time.
- Ensuring departiment day-to-day activities including cost analysis and inter departments coordination and handing over activities on time.
- Estimate project costs and perform analysis to ensure validity of estimation with accuracy.
- Review material and labour requirements to determine the cost-effectiveness of in-house labour and subcontracting.
To participate in techno commercial meetings.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to collect historical cost data.
Monitor Handing over process with accuracy.
