Timely provide documentation/sample requested by customer.

Supports to respond customer queries/complaints and submission of response within timeframe.
Supports to prepare timely response for the customer complaints.

Customer Audit/Visit
Be an active member during customer visits / audits.

Communication
Day to day communication with HOD.
To raise employee related issues with management.
Zero communication lapse
Safety
Ensuring safety of self and sub ordinates.
Raise safety concerns to avoid near miss and incidents
To provide safety suggestions.
Be a safety role model for other employees
Zero injury/incidents
Documentation
Responsible to maintain ISO 9001/QMS documentation.
Change management for system, product, process etc. by conducting Impact analysis.
Be an active member to conduct internal audit.
Maintain, track and monitor the Change control, OOS and CAPA mechanism with their impact analysis to move towards a zero defect organization.
Ensure new projects have TTD in place prior to execution of batch at plant.
Monitor and track for the stability of all the products ship from site.
Prepare and review the annual product quality.
Ensure Batch management report (BMR) and other formats are recorded correctly and review associated documents.
Track and monitor the validation activity at plant.
Ensure that material ship to customer must be as per customer specific specification needs.
Zero defect Organization
Finished material Release
Responsible for dispatch related activities in line with customer requirements.
Issue label, packing sheet and certificate of analysis for dispatch activity.
