Job Summary
Process Design Package, Basic & Detail Engineering for new plant as well as existing
To adhere to ISO/QMS/TQM procedures related to Process Engineers
Preparation of Process Design Package.
Preparation of Basic Engineering Package.
Coordinating and Approval of Detail Engineering for new plant.
Detail Engineering of existing plant modification.
Preparation of process flow diagram (PFD)
Preparation of Piping and Instrumentation diagram
Preparation of Material and energy balance
Process Data Sheet of equipment s & instruments
Design of major unit operations like distillation, filtration etc as per process requirement
Coordination with consultant and suppliers for design and engineering.
