Job Summary

Job Description

  • Talent sourcing through employee referral, job sites, personal networks, database.
  • Initial screening and short-listing of candidates for technical & non-technical requirements.
  • Conducting the preliminary round of interviews to evaluate candidate s interest & skills.
  • Organizing & conducting the interview.
  • Releasing final offer, coordination process like Pre-employment medical check-ups, & Travel reimbursement process.
  • Maintaining files related to short-listed candidates / offered candidates, on-hold candidates, rejected candidates and reference resumes.


Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Any Graduate + MBA(HR)/MHRM/MHRD/MSW
  • Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience in Technical Hiring (Mostly chemical Industry)
