Technician (utility) Job in Job Excel

• Operates building HVAC equipment, including high pressure boilers, all heating and ventilating equipment, assuring a properly-controlled climate.
  
• Responsible to maintain the safe and efficient operation of equipment including boilers, chillers, centrifugal air compressors, cooling towers, turbine, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, steam and cooled water coils and HVAC system
  
• Conduct routine audits of operating equipment
  
• Maintain an open and professional line of communication with associates in both the production and SAR areas
  
• Maintenance - routine activities; responsible for: Troubleshoot, adjust and initiate repairs to equipment in all SAR areas
  
• Identify and follow-up on improvement opportunities
  
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on the mechanical HVAC production and distribution systems, lighting, life safety systems and electric machinery.
  
• Maintains inspection and testing records.Evaluates the condition of electrical systems and recommends repair or replace actions.
  
• Documents off normal incidents.
  
• Coordinates maintenance with outside contractors
