Responsibilities: Overseeing the overall operations of the branch within the tyres industry, ensuring efficient and effective management. Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase market share. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and optimizing stock management. Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions. Managing branch budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of 6 to 10 years in the tyres industry, with substantial experience in a managerial role. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Deep understanding of tyres products, market dynamics, and industry trends. Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant business software. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Effective budget management and financial acumen.
