Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their software solutions team in Hyderabad. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through prospecting and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions. Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services. Lead sales negotiations, handle objections, and bring deals to successful closure. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management. Stay updated on market trends, gather intelligence, and analyze competition. Collaborate with the team to contribute to sales strategies and business growth plans. Skills: Prospecting and Lead Generation Client Relationship Management Sales Presentations and Demonstrations Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure Sales Reporting and Forecasting Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in similar roles. Strong track record of generating leads and closing new business. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
