Manage executive communications, including calls, emails, and client interactions. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars, minutes, and travel arrangements. Organize corporate events and fundraising activities. Maintain a systematic filing system for paper and electronic documents. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism. Draft documents, create presentations, and prepare for meetings. Manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and handle logistics efficiently. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled in multitasking with strong follow-up abilities.
