Job Summary
  • Identifying staff training and development needs, planning, organizing, evaluating and overseeing appropriate training across the organization.
  • Preparing and maintaining the FDA and ISO related HR records, training records, updating job competency matrix, and various ISO procedure manuals.
  • Coordinating Training Programs, Events, Management Meetings, Annual Meets etc.
  • Building and maintaining relations with different training providers and institutes and taking care of vendor payment process.
  • Update and manage the Job Competency Matrix and plan the training plan for each quarter
  • New Employee On boarding and Induction Implementation
  • Assisting in Payroll execution and employee queries handling and maintaining TAT for the Payroll cycle.
