Job Summary

Manage all stages of mechanical design process for electronic medical devices

Carries out detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling, simulation (eg stress) and design verification testing, as required.

DEVELOP outline CAD design in Solidworks

Evaluate final product s overall performance, reliability and safety.

Responsible for the specification compliance of designs.

Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews.

Responsible for creation of 2D drawings to allow manufacture or purchase.

Responsible for carrying out design change requests in a timely manner.

Ensures the mechanical design output fits in with all other aspects of the design.

Provide design direction on products, parts and components used in medical equipment s manufacturing

Which includes metal & non-metallic, and other applications.

Lead evaluation and analysis of designs produced by direct reports.

Vendor Development According to Our Project Requirement Like Molding Die Development, CNC machining and other standard mechanical Parts

Work with cross functional teams across organization for successful new product introduction and manufacturing
