Bim Modeller Civil Job in Joseph Engineering Services

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust, and manage comprehensive civil BIM models in accordance with project prerequisites and local Chennai standards.
• Engage actively with the broader project team, including architects, engineers, and fellow BIM specialists, ensuring the civil models are harmoniously integrated within multi-disciplinary BIM projects.
• Attend coordination meetings, presenting insights from a civil BIM viewpoint and addressing any model clashes or integration issues.
• Regularly update civil BIM models to accommodate design revisions or site-specific adjustments.
• Implement extensive knowledge of Chennai's civil engineering standards to certify BIM models' compliance and alignment with local directives.
• Contribute to the generation of construction and assembly drawings derived directly from BIM models.
• Dedicate time to continuous professional growth, staying abreast of emerging BIM technologies, methodologies, and practices, especially concerning civil engineering and the Chennai market.
