Job Description
Must Have:
1.Minimum 3 years' experience in the PMO role in IT services industry with Strong interpersonal communication as well as dealing with Senior and middle level executives to collaborate on talent pool management, identifying talent from within the organisation or raising requests for external hiring.
2.Work in an Organised and Collaborative manner with external Vendor partners, HR, Finance, Talent acquisition, Sales/ Pre Sales team and senior executives in technology delivery, ability to plan day to day tasks and monitor its progress, driving staffing/ hiring activities to closure based on project priorities.
3.Experience of basic financial management and invoicing, tracking costs and finances, Vendor management with demonstrated ability to Negotiate with stakeholders, Conflict resolution and management.
4.Strong in MS Office tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint. Experience and knowledge of any other software tools is an added advantage. Should be willing to learn and acquire new skills required for performing the job effectively.
5.Strong verbal and written English language competency and any one of the local languages.
Nice to Have:
Ability to co-ordinate remote and local delivery teams
Be a team player capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Any graduate degree or MBA
Total Experience in the range 3-8 years
Experience of at least 2 years specific to this role
