Qa Automation Lead Job in Josh Software

Must have:

• Hands-on automation testing experience on web and mobile application testing including cross-device like Android, iOS
• Experience of working in Java or Python for scripting however Python is preferred
• Prior work experience in Appium
• Well versed with test design techniques.
  
• Ability to understand requirements, create test plans, RTM.
• Should be well versed with the defect life cycle, STLC and SDLC.
• Experience in creating templates and artifacts for Test Strategy, Test Plan, TestCase Management, Test Data, Defect Report, Periodic and End of Project Reports.
• Working knowledge of Testing tool for test case management (e.g., Zephyr), Defect and requirements management (e.g., Jira) and API testing tool (e.g., Postman)
• Experience in Leading and Managing a team of 5-6 test engineers

Good to have:

• Experience in UI tools like Selenium / Telerik
• Any reporting tool like Power BI
• Experience in NoSQL like MongoDB preferred
• Internet banking domain knowledge

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
