Job Summary

About the job As an Asst Manager you will: Execute programmatic campaigns from the initial briefing stage through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting. Will be directly responsible for the delivery of multiple T0 accounts Delivers performance health of your accounts, manages and spends budgets in full. Owns & trades in multiple programmatic consoles with a deep understanding of campaign management and optimization strategy (bid management, tactics, data and audience analysis, etc.) Extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes from the existing data. Maximize revenue potential of the account Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners, day to day clients, and internal teams. Continually evaluate programmatic strategies, identifying opportunities, testing and execute Run daily/weekly calls with team to get updates on the account health Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on account performance against the goals. Training: Identifying the training needs, and arrange the training sessions as required Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, as well as conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and managing disciplinary actions when necessary. Team Leadership: Assist the Manager in leading, and supervising the AdOperations team, providing guidance, and support to ensure their productivity, and professional development. Revenue management: Accountable for maintaining the minimum revenue month over month Customer centric: Put customers first, and drive the results as per the campaign goals. Monthly billing: Work with finance on monthly billing closure. Working with different internal stakeholders like Engineering, Product, Tech Operations, Customer Success, Revenue, and Growth teams as required.
