Job Summary

• Collecting and Maintaining all relevant customer database and managing the MIS for CRM Team
• Preparing & updating outstanding ageing report of multiple projects by using various formulas of excel
• Manage monthly, weekly &daily dashboards and provide in-depth analysis through monthly presentations.
• Preparing Audit reports of collections and reconcile it with the Accounts department
