Roles and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:- Custodian of the Brand and manage & evolve the positioning of the brand across the country and channels Manage and take ownership of mass media channels and branding for the company Social media campaign and owner of content and engagement activities for the company. To drive the organic channel of acquisition for EarlySalary Drive PR initiatives for the brand on both traditional PR activities & digital PR including PR agency management Strategize and plan various brand building opportunities and execute the same with the team Manage agency relationship and work closely with them to ensure brand KPIs are met Use traditional and new age digital channels to drive brand presence and engage with new audience Build influencer marketing channel for the company and engage more with audiences Work with advertising agency and internal team to deliver impact campaigns
Preference and Experience:
Strong experience in Consumer/D2C and Online brands. Should have had previous experience in managing digital campaigns and worked for B2C or consumer businesses. Managed a creative or account management role in an advertising agency Strong understanding on remarketing, engagement tools and analytics tools and strong grasp of metric-driven marketing. Should have worked with a digital product / e -commerce brand
Academic qualifications
: Must be an MBA / equivalent.
