Job Summary The Lead Administration is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies and regulations. This role involves planning and coordinating administrative procedures, managing staff, and monitoring resources to support the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Procedures: Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Human Resources: Recruit and train personnel, allocate responsibilities and office space, and assess staff performance to ensure maximum efficiency. Information Flow: Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations. Time Management: Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Resource Management: Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new materials within budgetary constraints. Cost Management: Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and ensure efficient resource allocation. Facilities Management: Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g., electricians). Office Operations: Organize and supervise other office activities, such as recycling, renovations, and event planning. Compliance: Ensure that operations adhere to all relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications: Education: MBA in HR, PMIR, Hospitality Management, Personnel Administration, or Facility Management. Experience: 10 years of experience in administration and 5 years of experience in leading an administration department. Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and motivate teams Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices Proficiency in office management software and tools Job Type: Full-time
