MANDATORY- KRA s and Key Activities
1. Monitor pellet production rate to meet shift target.
2. Smooth operations of mixing, balling & indurating machine through DCS.
3. Maintain Pellet CCS, TI, Basicity & porosity.
4. Maintain and control:
-Sp. Power consumption
-Sp. Heat in-put
5. Ensure uninterrupted Operations.
6. Co-ordination with PPC, RMHS, POWER PLANT & BF for day-to day operations.
7. Handling emergency situations.
8. Shift Reporting.
9. Safety/Environment Norms Compliance
10. involvement in Kaizen & QC.
11. Maintaining daily shift targets in respect of Pellet quality, production and cost.
12. Planning of shutdown activities and handling emergency situations.
13. Monitoring and controlling of process parameters
14. Shift Log book entry
15. Gas mixing and Gas booster equipment
16. Continuous improvement through TQM & newly developed systems.
17. (100%) Safety/Environment Norms Compliance.
