Job Summary

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL/Company) is part of Jubilant Bhartia group and is one of Indias largest food service Company, with a network of 1,335 Dominos Pizza restaurants across 282 cities (as of March 31, 2020). The Company has the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

At present, it operates in India, and through its subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The Company also has exclusive rights for developing and operating Dunkin Donuts restaurants for India and has 34 Dunkin Donuts restaurants across 10 cities in India (as of March 31, 2020).

JFL has entered into the Chinese cuisine segment with its first owned restaurant brand, Hong s Kitchen and has 4 Hong s kitchen restaurant across 2 cities in India (as of March 31, 2020).


Roles and Responsibilities


Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Senior Manager who thrives on the challenges to make sure that our HR systems are relevant to the business needs and can grow and scale to meet our Business growth plans.

  • Project Manage and maintain an end to end HR technology that provides a seamless and scalable user and internal experience and enables the HR Stakeholders, employees to be most effective in their day to day work
  • Utilize an agile mindset to keep pace with the changing Business needs and partner with the HCM vendor to implement the changes
  • Design, implement and communicate HRIS related processes and controls
  • Work with a continuous improvement mindset to keep on evolving the current solution and keep them relevant with the changing Business needs.
  • Lead HR digitization Projects from solution design to delivery
  • Work hand in hand with Business partners to translate their needs into system requirements
  • Partner with IT team and Process Stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation
  • Manage the Core HR Vendor to ensure technological and business standards are met
  • Ensure all HRIS related systems are compliant with data protection laws
  • Develop data driven presentations to enable decision making for HRIS roadmap





Desired Candidate Profile


  • Technical Skill set
  • Understanding of HRMS frame work and various HR modules like onboarding, talent management, performance management, Compensation modules, payroll modules etc and experience of implementation of at least 1 HRMS system preferably SaaS based HRMS
  • Project Management skills preferably PMP certified
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills using creative techniques.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts to both a technical audience and to Business oriented audiences.
  • Ability to track and define milestones using project management Skills
  • 10-12 years of HRIS experience
  • BE or B Tech (Computer science)

Candidate should have experience of maintaining and supporting Core HR modules, ESS, MSS, etc of an entire HRMS system
