Job Summary:

We are looking for a business development enthusiast to work in a fast-paced culture, with a young workforce that is catering to the on-demand industry at global scale. You will be a fantastic fit if you have good knowledge of IT Solution Sales/ Service Selling / Mobility Sales. The primary role of the Business Development Intern is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising , working with clients as product specialists and account managers while also generating interest from potential clients.


You Should Have:

  • An interest to shape your career in Business Development/Account Management/Sales.
  • IT Solution/ Solution Selling /Mobility/Pre-Sales/Outbound(Software sales)/ Business Development/Key Account Management exposure / experience.
  • Interest to get into International Sales
  • Good communication Skills
  • Hold on any foreign language is an added advantage
  • Good persuasion and people skills to engage clients and customers
  • Analytics sales experience and that would be an add-on advantage.
  • Your role & responsibilities:

  • Lead identification and conversion
  • Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/ software development services
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
  • Coordinate with Technical team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team
  • Full sales life-cycle expertise, Handling the Up-level lead generation
  • Responsible for setting up the pipeline and driving the revenue growth
  • Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development
  • Setting up online demo meeting and face to face meetings
  • Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services
  • Serve as the first in-depth point of contact to customers
  • Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects.
  • Provide product information to prospective customers
  • Handling customer queries and provides the support
  • Develop an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Customer onboarding, client support, nurturing and success

  • Working Conditions:

  • The normal working hours for any employee at Jungle Works / Click Labs are between 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM between Monday to Friday.
  • However, for a sales role, flexible timings/WFH can be availed on approval from assigned Managers.
  • If a candidate wants to avail indefinite period WFH option, they can request for the same at time of joining.
  • In case where your client is located in a different time zone, any employee of Click Labs might have to work for extended hours and weekends too.

  • Compensation:

    The stipend during internship will range between 15k to 20k per month. The duration of the internship period can extend from 3 to upto 6 months and the final offer for a full time role after the PPO will be pegged between 5 LPA to 9 LPA.

    **All these terms will be subject to performance during the selection process and during the tenure of internship.
