Job Location: K L University Off Campus - Aziz Nagar Hyderabad(It's an on job role)
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Contact prospective clients to educate about the various programs/courses we offer.
Enlighten the parent and student on how we are unique and the benefits of joining our organization.
2.Assist students during the online registration period and ensure that they register on time.
3.Offer assistance end to end from registration to admission of the student.
4.Maintain records of clients feedback during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff and to improve our services.
5.Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
You will be the face of the organization helping candidates see the bigger picture and understand the importance of joining our esteemed organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
1. A bachelor's degree along with experience in relevant field for a minimum of 2 years
Computer literate. Good record-keeping skills.
Desired:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills
2. Zeal to learn - unlearn and relearn as per the profile requirements.
3. Flexibility in thought and actions while handling clients
