Position Overview:

The position Project Coordinator - Campaign is designed to lead Campaign activity, support them in developing and implementing plans as per the requirements of a project and ensure reporting of your work as appropriate.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaign Project

To support designing work plan and activities for agreed campaign strategy and ensure overall implementation of work plan

To oversee collection of data and preparation of project/ progress reports in accordance with available schedule

Preparation of reports as per schedule

Conduct weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly meetings with staff, seek and apply inputs from the staff for effective programme implementation

Ensure that campaign project activities are carried out within the agreed budget

Undertake field visits to oversee implementation of agreed action plan and effectiveness of the field staff

Administrative

Maintain separate files for each project

Maintain records of all project related correspondence

Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications

Preferably Post-Graduate, or advanced degree in relevant discipline from institute/university of repute preferably covering social work as a topic of study

Experience

6 - 10 years experience in child welfare, and/or Community development with at least 2 years in people management role

Professional experience of directing and managing programs at regional/national level

Project Start-up experience is desired
