Job Summary
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, outreach, or educational program management, in the field of entrepreneurship/skill development/ government programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of higher education systems and processes, particularly in relation to curriculum development and student engagement.
  • Familiarity with government programs and initiatives related to entrepreneurship, skill development, or education is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to visit educational institutions within the designated region.
  • Ability to upsell/cross-sell other services to customers.
