JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Produce drawings and 3D models / rendering that have to be centered on written instructions, sketches, calculations and equations provided by designers and engineers in short notice under time pressure.

2) Has to fine tune and modify drawings to suit the needs of designers and engineers.

3) To take up the job responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific works related to interior, Fit outs & finishing projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

4) Responsible for designing the layout of the project and interfacing with other disciplines to integrate all project elements into unified design for client review and approval.

5) Lead the planning, supervising and. inspection of all Interiors & finishing works.

6) Manage project resource allocation and having knowledge of Raw material, cost & availability.

7) Coordination with Liasoning Architect for statutory approvals and sanctions from the authority

8) The candidate should have sufficient experience in handling similar size of project with skills of site management, assisting in cost controlling, vendor development, helping in tender documents, cost estimates, and on time delivery of projects.

9) Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Project Head and Director of Project.

10) Co-ordinate with the various external and in-house consultants and get the details and drawings from all the consultants and incorporate it in the working drawings. Release the finalized drawing to the site.

11) Produce Detailed drawings, Architectural drawings, Working drawings, Civil drawings, Structural drawings

12) Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure job success.

13) Formulating plan to ensure effective construction management, including the control of site progress, resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings etc.

14) Core competencies in coordinating structure and service (MEP) engineering drawings in conformance with Architectural Design, Interior Design and Landscape Design.

15) Coordinating for approval of specified materials to be used in the construction and applying for buildings supervising on-site construction activities to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and following-up Detailing works so as to maximize the design output.

16) Coordinating and recommending solutions best fit for the design to the client and engineers in the areas of concern.

17) Advise client on architectural and interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1) Must have experience over 05 to 10 years in Construction industry.

2) Work experience in Industrial Building project.

3) Guide and Coordinate with Multi-disciplinary BIM Production (Architecture, Structure and MEPF)

4) Must have executed the Interiors & Finishing works of high rise commercial, residential, five-star hotels, Industrial Building, IT Building or villas preferably in Delhi/NCR region.

5) Ability to work across disciplines of Architecture, Structural, and MEP.

6) Proficiency in advanced in AutoCAD, Google sketch up or other 3D modelling/ rendering software (Revit, Navisworks, Adobe Photoshop) and Microsoft Office. (our clients are mostly from industrial sector).

7) Have the ability to visualize building/ Strong design and graphic skills.

8) Good knowledge of architectural terms

9) Good presentation and a pleasant manner and able to work without direct supervision.

10) Capable in communicating and visualizing concepts (by hand and by computer)

11) Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and Building industries.

12) A creative, conceptual and enthusiastic designer with a hands-on attitude.

13) A team player with experience in leading projects and with high communication skills;

14) Ability to work in team as well alone with a professional attitude.

15) Excellent Analytical and Leadership skills.

16) Familiarity with design codes and standards.
