WORK EXPERIENCE: 05-08 years as a Quantity Surveyor CIVIL
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Quantity take off from drawings.
2.Prepare BOQ for CIVIL items
3.Assisting Commercial Managers for preparing RFQ and Tenders
4. Prepare comparative statement based on received quotations
5. Preparing Rate Analysis of CIVIL Items.
6.Should have adequate knowledge on market price, makes, vendors of CIVIL materials and equipment.
7. Preparation of Goods and Works requisition orders, purchase orders and contract, obtaining approvals from PM/PD, Commercial Managers and strong follow-up with vendors to place procurements in execution.
8.Should prepare Monthly reports of the projects and update the same as per company rule.
9.Handling Change orders: Quantity take-off, Cost analysis, Negotiation and Confirmation on Change Orders from vendors.
10. Updating BOQ w.r.t change orders
11.Checking, Processing and Obtaining Approval on Contractors/Suppliers RA Bill and Final bill Measurements and Unit price from Contracts Administrator, Commercial Manager, PM/PD.
12.Re-conciliation of Free issue materials
13.Verifying, Negotiating and obtaining confirmation on Contractors / Suppliers Claims.
EDUCATION: Minimum B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
LOCATION: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat State.
