Plant Operations Management:
Lead and supervise all aspects of battery pack manufacturing within the plant.
Ensure the production process is efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
Product Development:
Spearhead the development of new battery pack products, focusing on innovation and performance improvements.
Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in lithium battery technology.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and test new battery solutions.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing battery products, implementing solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
Analyze and resolve technical challenges in the manufacturing process.
Homologation and Compliance:
Manage the homologation process for battery packs, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to obtain necessary approvals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical) or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in lithium-ion battery research and development, with a strong emphasis on automotive battery pack manufacturing.
Deep knowledge of lithium battery technology, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to battery technology and automotive applications.
