Job Summary
  • Generating business and achieving sales targets from allotted territory and customers like Doctors, Chemists and Distributors.
  • Field work, Regular Customers visits,Product Promotion, follow up work
  • Develop and Maintain relationship customers forbusiness generation and achieve growth in existing volumes.
  • Inventory management at the distributor levels and ensuring product availability at the retailer levels.
  • Implementing company designed strategies and utilizing assigned resources to make sure good ROI is achieved.
  • Ensuring timely reporting for various activities like daily work and programs etc and coordinating with line managers for day to day work.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors activities and market trends.
  • Conduct activities to increase the customer engagements, bringing innovative ideas to build more business volumes.
  • Excellent communication skills (Good command of the English language)
  • Committed, Hardworking, Demanding, and Result oriented
  • Enthusiastic to take on challenges
  • Should be conversant with MS office applications, Internet, etc
  • Normal and physically fit for the job.
