Job Summary

Job Description

Recruitment/ Induction

  • Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes.
  • Identify and develop alternate channels of sourcing to fulfil manpower demands.
  • To manage cost effective quality hiring across all departments.
  • Supervising complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
  • Optimising the employee salaries on par with other region cum industry base.
  • Managing pay sheets, appointments and recruitment structure.
  • Campus recruitments on-line recruitments, referral recruitments while optimising the sourcing cost.
  • Networking with effective sources/institutional heads (B-Schools) for manpower acquisition.

Employee Welfare:

  • Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counselling and establishing works committee.
  • Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.

Performance appraisal:

  • Handling entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
  • Introducing new and innovative ways of appraisal there by offering 360-degree view to the organisation.

Training & Development:

  • Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions.
  • Curating and implementing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs as well as developing effective induction programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Preparing and submitting the Annual Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount to the management.
  • Developing HR-MIS to monitor and share any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries/headcount.
  • Working as an In-charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to ensure a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime & special payments).
  • Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.

Statutory:

  • Working in adherence to all the statutory acts related to the Shops and Establishments Act.
  • Ensuring and coordinating adherence to the POSH and POCSO policies of the company.
  • Coordinating with legal experts and attending court, disciplinary and legal matters if required.

Candidate s profile:

MSW/MBA HR specialization with 10 15 years of experience in HR of which at least 4 years in a senior or middle management position. Should have handled manpower of 400+ employees.

Good insight and experience in HR practices (Engagement, Talent Management, Appraisal systems, R&R etc.)

Good exposure to working with Senior Management

Exposure in implementing HRMS

Hands on person who has the ability to architect the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.

Defining and implementing processes to establish the HR blueprint for the organization. Includes human resources management, organizational development/ change management, compensation, senior level staffing, learning and development.

Strong competence in data driven decision making to support business heads and management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, solid Team Player.

Ability to influence senior management and provide thought leadership.
