Agm/dgm - Finance @ Andheri With Manufacturing Company Job in Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Responsible for planning, strategizing, risk assessment, Liaison, approaching banks/financial institutions for sanction of loans, ensuring preparation and exchange of proper data, following up proposals and getting sanctions, reviewing loan documents and executing the same, dealing with the trustee, managing consortium issues, handling credit rating, ensuring banking compliance, resolving trade finance-related issues, keeping track of domestic financial/forex market, availing, monitoring and liquidating packing credit/forward cover, ensuring systematic data management, coordination with various departments, preparing MIS report and review of the same with management etc.

• Assessing working capital/term loan requirements/modification in terms of sanction to meet the requirement
• Making strategy and plan with respect to funding planning/type of limits/banks with an aim to reduce cost and ease of availing the limit
• Projection of key financial indicators and monitoring the same, analysis of financials
• Liaison with Banks/FIs/Rating agencies/Trustee/legal counsel/valuers/MIDC etc.
• Ensuring compliances
• updated with latest developments in the market
• Review of export orders in hand and imports, packing credit availed and hedging/cancelling the hedge
• Resolving issues related to regular banking
• Proper data preparation and sharing the data with Banks/FIs
• Ensuring timely meeting of trade finance requirements
• Coordination with other departments
• Team management
• Reviewing MIS with the management
