Job Summary

We are looking for young, highly energetic person for development and growth of domestic market for KEL based in North Bengal or Sikkim for looking after zonal sales and marketing.

Responsible for business development and achieving sales target in allocated regions.

Primary responsibilities involves are as following:-

Business Development

  • Responsible for Marketing and selling within allocated region.
  • Responsible for Generating Customer base
  • To achieve defined targets.
  • To visit customer on monthly basis according to tour plan.
  • To generate inquiries
  • To materialize inquiries
  • To prepare quotations.
  • To arrange to machinery trials and taking care of execution and dispatch as per the customer requirements.
  • All documentation pertaining to ISO 9001/2000 related to brand
  • To be in contact with customer on regular basis for their future requirement
  • To prepare Daily, Weekly and fortnightly planning and Report.

Brand Building

  • To handle customer queries and provide technical support to satisfying customer requirements
  • To take customer feedback and carry out customer satisfaction survey Business Acumen
  • Techno Commercial discussion with customer.

Team Building

  • To accept and sync with senior management to achieve Individual and organizational targets
  • Customer Response
  • Responsible for installation of machines as per agreed timelines.
  • To handle after sales queries with help of service team.

Collections

Responsible for money collection, C Forms, H Forms collection as per norm.

Location- Siliguri 0r Gangtok
Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical.
Experience: 3- 8 years
