Required skillset: 1. Agile Scrum SDLC
2. Business Rules Analysis
3. Business Rules Testing
Job Summary:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business rules analysis and testing roles.
Discuss with stakeholders on end-to-end business needs
Possess strong Insurance or Financial Services domain knowledge
Assist the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Have good exposure to BRMS tools like ILOG JRules or ODM and Drools
Actively participate in analysis/requirements gathering, defining project scope, liaison between business and systems communities.
Analysis, design, implementation, integration and testing of IBM ODM or RedHat rules or ILOG Jrules Applications Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Ability to work with and lead a team
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction Analysis & Testing preferred
