Job Description

Foster relationships with physicians/doctors to improve hospitals referrals and contracts. Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate advertising contracts with various media outlets to build brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visiting consultant follow up and relations
• Competition mapping and analysis
• Marketing analysis
• Support in Doctor credentialing and Doctor agreement process
• Initiate new Tie-ups
• Assignment of doctor base and engage doctors on a daily basis
• Inform doctors about new offer, benefits, and activities
• Doctor tracker discussion with the doctor
• Follow up with care manager on leads generated and increase IP revenue
• Ensure doctor wise files are maintained as per NABH protocols
• Maintain and protect customer information
• To be well-groomed, punctual, and adhere to company policies & practices
• Follow Gold standards and service Protocols
• Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
• Integrity related company policies and Information security

• Compliance to laid down process
