Roles & Responsibilities

Roles
The processing of Health insurance with various TPAs /Insurance companies that we have tied up with.
To attend to patient s clarifications with regard to insurance processing & explaining in detail the pre authorization process for cashless hospitalization.
To send all the necessary documents to their respective TPAs /Insurance companies for getting an approval letter.
To follow up with the TPAs / Insurance companies about the status of the PA Requests & updating the status to the patients over phone.
To inform the Consultants about their patients approvals.
To inform the patient s about medical queries raised by the TPA/Insurance companies & answering them.
To inform the front office & billing department about the approval letters.
To file a copy of the PA request & the approval letter in the patient s folder during or after admission.
To send interim bills on a daily basis to update the status of the patients to the TPA/Insurance company.
To send the final bill& discharge summary at the time of discharge for further enhancement.
To Co ordinate with the billing department at the time of discharge.

Eligibility

Any UG Degree


Salary : ? 15,000 - 20,000 per month (Negotiable)
Experience Required :

2 to 5 Years
