Role Overview:

We are looking for an SEO Associate to enhance the search engine rankings of the Elan Loans website and drive organic traffic through targeted optimization strategies. This role will involve a combination of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO to improve visibility and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute SEO strategies for the Elan Loans website, focusing on assigned keywords.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, optimization, and expansion to improve website visibility.
• Recommend and implement improvements in website architecture, content structure, and internal linking to boost rankings for target keywords.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using analytics tools to assess SEO effectiveness.
• Develop and implement backlink-building strategies in line with Google s guidelines to improve domain authority.
• Execute guest blogging strategies to enhance organic reach and credibility.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, and infographics, to drive organic traffic.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates and new developments.
• Focus on driving organic traffic and lead generation through well-structured SEO strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.

Key Skills:

• Proven track record in SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, SERanking, Keyword Planner.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Business, or a related field.
