Responsibilities of this role will include
Gatheringand documenting requirements, designing business processes, aligning solutionsto business objectives and supporting the delivery of the change through theproject life-cycle.
Establishand maintain strong communication channels across all project streams, BusinessTeams, vendors and technology delivery teams.
Collaboratewith both Business Stakeholders and End users to ensure that the changemanagement framework and governance procedures are adhered to.
Reviewand managing business test life-cycles from user acceptance to postimplementation, as well as identifying and resolving risks and issues impactingvarious project inter-dependencies
Capturelessons learnt and sharing them with other businesses and stakeholders.
ConductEnd user Training / Knowledge Sharing session to improve User adoption
Maintainthe Product Backlog & Sprint Backlog at each project level
