Job Summary

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Specifications

  • SAP FI & CO consultant should have at least 1 end to end SAP implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA
  • SAP Funds management & Treasury knowledge in be an added advantage
  • Derive automation in processes
  • Well versed with interface with SAP (API & FTP)
  • Working knowledge of FICO integration with SD/MM/PP module
  • Understand As-Is process and identify business scenario
  • Designing the To-Be process/Business Blueprint (BBP)
  • Analyzing errors and developing work around and permanent solutions
  • Implementation of solutions independently
  • Perform feasibility check of the change requests and implementation of the same.
  • Maintaining documentation - knowledge base
  • Performing regularly support and maintenance tasks
  • Performing standard training for key and new users
  • Experience in manufacturing industry (with automotive industry) preferred.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ready to travel (Limited travel within India)

Finance

  • In depth knowledge of SAP Implementation project using ASAP Methodology and Support Project
  • In SAP FI-GL(New) including group, Parallel Accounting, Foreign currency valuation And Cash journal configuration
  • Accounts Payable, Automatic payment programme, Accounts Receivables, Special GL, Dunning
  • House Bank, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Accruals and Deferrals, TDS, GST & other Taxes
  • Asset Accounting: Asset Acquisition, Depreciation area, Depreciation key, Depreciation calculation
  • Intra-company transfer and intercompany transfer, Asset under Construction, Asset Retirement
  • SAP Treasury module

Costing

  • In SAP Controlling --Cost element, Cost element category, Activity Type, cost centre &profit centre accounting, internal order, Asset under construction, Allocation Cycle
  • COPA & Product Costing knowledge
  • Month -end and year end closing process
  • Migration of Master data and transaction data using LSMW and BDC
  • Materialledgerandactualcostingconfigurations

Fund Management

  • FM-Mass creation of fund centre and commitment item
  • Create budget structure
  • Development of budget control system

Education and Experience Required

Education:

CA, BE/MBA having at least one SAP life cycle experience of SAP FICO Module

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience
