Job Summary
  • To oversee overall project activities related to the Civil/ PEB works.
  • Project Management Activities like managing resources, estimate budget, prepare project schedule & track the progress for timely completion.
  • Proactively track and ensure 100% adherence to project timelines.
  • Providing regular inputs to the Project Consultants for preparation of construction drawings, validate the drawings by consultants and issue to contractors for execution.
  • Plan and design infrastructure facilities, following construction standards and Government rules in line with Building Plan Approval Authorities.
  • Prepare or present Bid proposals/ RFQs, Scrutinize bids & prepare technical analysis for commercial evaluation.
  • Identify potential risks, materials and cost and proactively prepare risk mitigation plan.
  • Conduct Daily Work Management Meetings (DWMs) with site team to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and follow the safety or sanitation standards.
  • Provide technical support regarding design, construction or modifications and structural repairs to Site Contractors / Consultants, wherever applicable.
  • Validate the quantities, scrutiny of contractors bills and certifying for payments.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory authorities, Project consultants for design & drawings and with contractors for timely execution of work.
  • Prepare Approval notes/ justifications notes for Management approval.
