Job Summary
  • Your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain.
  • You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating project managers, and team members on a daily basis. Should be willing to work hard to meet deadlines, and highly committed. - Accountable for the performance of the team.
  • Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating, and working well. identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them.
  • Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives.
  • Responsible for finalizing and documenting requirements from the clients.
  • Implementing high-level requirements and producing robust solutions, within predefined timelines, and within scope limitations.
  • Spearhead and Co-ordinate development activity required for the Project.
  • Ensure Quality with on-time delivery of agreed deliverables.
  • Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards. - Escalate issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
  • Coordinate with clients as necessary, which includes participation in client management, whenever required.
  • Coordinate the review, presentation, and release of the design, analysis, and other documentation. - Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.
  • Should have the acumen to constantly look out for bringing in new tools / better processes and methods for project execution and management.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective meeting.
