Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION GM PROJECTS Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate projects from start to finish Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans Maintain high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation among project team members Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate project management, preferably in a leadership role. Proven track record of delivering successful real estate projects within budget and on time. Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to real estate projects. Familiarity with relevant computer software programs such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
