What You Will Do This role will focus to build shopper-based store execution, competition understanding and selling strategy as well as organizational capability for General Trade Retail Environment (RE) Develop 5P strategies across retail environments (REs), annual and quarterly plans based on 1. Category and Brand Strategies 2. Robust RE, shopper 3. Customer insights. Ensure profitability goals are met by optimizing overall shopper investments Provide input on retailer perspective in commercial process. Develop team capability build shopper-based store execution, competition understanding and selling strategy as well as organizational capability for Self-Care portfolio Key Responsibilities: Build Go to market roadmap for General Trade RE (Chemist, Grocer, Cosmetic & Other REs) for next 3 years Deliver India Consumer NTS, GP, TIE targets Shape organization s understanding of General Trade shoppers across All Franchises [Baby, FemCare, Skin, Oral, Self Care (OTC)] and strengthen shopper marketing fundamentals on business Define Where-to-Play (Right stores by channel) and How-to-Win choices (Visibility, Assortment, Distribution, Trade terms) Prepare CD brand objectives and plans as per Annual and Quarterly Operating plans. Develop Quarterly Activity and Promotion activity grid across REs Develop RE strategy and 5Ps on RE customer and shopper expertise/insights 1. Identify, prioritize Shopper/RE Insights across REs (to be the expert in the RE) 2. Understand key competitor activity Across RE Stay on top of key competitor activity for GT RE across franchises Deliver General Trade RE business sales target Hold together Sales forecast for RE Franchise across Franchise. Work with frontline and supply chain on forecasting and BTL plans to minimize forecasting errors and maximise OTIF-D Work with finance to forecast and reconcile gross to net and other trade investments Develop robust RE Business analysis to be the expert on the business by RE Input in the Innovation process for Self-Care and develop Go to Market strategy for New Product Launches Bring Customer/Retailer perspective in commercial process Develop 5P s communication tools to sales Team to execute the plans Responsible for 5P s tracking, for continuously monitoring and work with CDT for corrections when needed
