Your daily tasks include:

• Updating the company's database
• Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
• Assisting in the planning of company events
• Coordinating new hire orientations
• Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto.
