Job Summary

Key Accountabilities:

  • Preparation of audit documentation (Departmental SOPs, Formats, Protocols, policies etc)
  • Knowledge of FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001 QMS is a must
  • Fair understanding of FSSAI requirements as per the Food Safety Standards Act is a must
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and CAPA implementation on internal rejections and customer complaints
  • To assist in the change management process
  • To conduct internal audits & to coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external parties
  • To assist in vendor qualification management
  • Fair understanding of QA & QC processes for approval of Finished products
  • Preparation of annual training plan, Monitoring and conducting training activities as per plan
  • To conduct hygiene audits to ensure plant hygiene

Prerequisites:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Chemistry, Biochemistry) or PG Diploma chemistry
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in food/Pharma
  • The candidate should be willing to work 6 days a week
