Job Summary

Responsibilities:


Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Understand and address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and company policies.

Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve problems.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to effectively resolve complex customer issues.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and the actions taken, utilizing our CRM system.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to enhance our products or services.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, ensuring customers feel valued and heard throughout their interactions.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product/service knowledge and customer service best practices.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer support, client relations, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
