Job Summary

HR Executive Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • IT recruiter coordinate with hiring managers and understand the client s demands.
  • Lead the work of recruiting and examining the plan for each open position.
  • Talent Acquisition Executive need to attract the candidates by placing job advertisements on job portals.
  • Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, Screening, Interviewing) and Utilize best sourcing techniques to build and shortlist applicant pool.
  • Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the applicants & evaluate their skills as per the client s requirement in terms of the candidate s suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
  • Evaluates candidates by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing candidates on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • HR executive must keep the applicant in the loop and take follow-up for interview coordination till joining.
  • Formulating interview schedules, listing reports of candidate s status, recording their joining, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining a resume database.
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
