Job Description

• Responsible for pulling data & generating Service Order reports required for Keysgiht internally using reporting tools like Incorta, Sales Force Service Cloud and able to provide relevant and actionable insights.
• Communicate with Business partners to understand and gather requirements.
• Provide key metrics using relevant data-driven analyses to support business users in monitoring and decision making.
• Writing macros for automation using excel.
• Perform analysis on services data models to create business reports based on partners expectation.
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
• Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis

Additional Job Description

• Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
• Communicate with IT contacts to resolve issues with CRMs like Oracle & Siebel whenever necessary.
• Develop and write process documentation, audit materials and maintain it on Sharedoc. Work with deadlines and should meet 100% SLA.
• Focus on timely delivery of roles and responsibilities.
• Should act as a Technical and Business consultant for the projects assigned.
• Co-ordinate and manage end to end delivery.
• Present insightful reports to key business units thru meetings or e-mail correspondences.
• Develop dashboards and reports using any available software (PowerBI, SSRS, Spotfire) to support analytical needs of the various units.
• Integrate various data sources using programming tools to extract relevant and useful information

Job Qualifications

Essentials:Minimum 5 years of working experience as Reporting Data Analyst with following skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, information systems or a related field.
• Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
• Must have ETL Knowledge MSBI, SSIS Packages, VBA Macros, SQL Server
• Must have Hands on Experience on Incorta cloud reporting platform.
• Strong problem solving and understand and execute complex analysis
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Good to have hands on experience on BI Platforms Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau
• Knowledge on Sales Force Service Cloud for Reporting purposes, Microstrategy, One Stream, etc.
