What You Will Do

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly, ensuring they feel valued as soon as they enter the premises.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity and empathy, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office supplies.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms. Communicate any schedule changes promptly.
  • Support in planning and executing company events and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Make travel arrangements for employees and visitors, including booking flights, accommodations, and local transportation, while adhering to company policies and budgets.
  • Handle insurance procedures, file claims, maintain necessary records, and coordinate with providers for timely resolution.
  • Provide a compassionate and empathetic approach when addressing inquiries or concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and positively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, especially HR and Administration, to streamline daily operations and ensure smooth workflows.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0 1 year in a front office or administrative role (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
  • Empathy & Compassion: Able to handle visitors and colleagues with patience, understanding, and genuine care.
  • Maintain a neat, poised, and approachable presence at the front desk.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and open to learning new tools.
  • Organization & Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
