We are hiring candidate for our Human Resource department for Business HR & Recruitments team.

Criteria to apply:

Design and implement employee engagement and employee retention strategy.
Design and deliver strategy to analyse employee engagement levels through regular interactions and retention discussion
Organizing and facilitating regular employee focus group meeting to resolve employee grievance, skip level meetings to gauge issues and tackling them to closure.
Organizing several fun at work initiatives at organization level.
Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
Partner with key stake holder and business leader to deliver HR services in line with the needs and priorities of the business Unit & the organization.
Co-ordinate and execute the performance management activities assist in driving consequence management for low performers.
Analyze and maintain the monthly scorecards- attrition, headcount, growth, trend etc.
Experience into Bulk hiring for frontline resources.
