Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for dispatch of customer activities
. Managing & assigning delivery loaders & fitters, tools for customer activities
Monitor the customer issues during/after delivery and work towards controlling the same and ensuring it is less than 2% at any point of time
Ensure the movement of stock in/out of the warehouse is as per the process guidelines laid
Ensure minimum cancellations of activities by ensuring stocks is available as per system/ and on time dispatch as per time commitment
Ensure planned hub to spoke transfer movement
Ensure the movement of stock in/out of the warehouse is as per the process guidelines laid.

Work towards efficiency of labour and logistics on weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure updating of daily reports and audit dashboard on a weekly basis.
Ensure proper hygiene is followed in the warehouse and stacking of goods is as per warehousing standards.
This position reports to Operations Manager of Warehouse
4-8 years of experience required
