Associate Software Test Manager Job in Kiwiqa

Roles & Responsibility

• Understand the technology stack, development approach, and strategic initiatives in order to define appropriate test strategy, test approach, and automation framework
• Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/ delivery
• Develop detailed Test Plans and Test Scenarios
• Apply the appropriate test metrics in the testing of the project/product
• Manage CSAT - customer satisfaction process - Getting customer feedback, working with delivery team on improvement actions
• Present timely status to the stakeholders and management and instill confidence about the work being done
• Provide inputs for the high-level estimates, risks management whenever the situation demands
• Drive quarterly business review meetings with customer
• Ensure that the team is focusing on quality deliverables and service to the customer
• Identify the tools for test reporting, test management, test automation, etc., and educate the team on how to use those tools
• Build and Lead the testing team to the success of a project
• Monitor and build an up-to-date test repository for the domain
